Monopropylene Glycol, also known as MPG, is a grade of propylene glycol used in various industrial and commercial applications.
MPG is a clear, colourless, and viscous liquid with almost no odour but a subtly sweet taste. It is soluble in water and has hygroscopic (moisture absorbent) properties.
Main areas of application include:
Unsaturated polyester resins, coolants, antifreeze, deicing fluids, hydraulic fluids, heat transfer fluids, paints, and coatings.
